Friday we have our first SPInnovex and Social meeting. And the name of the committee is called Projects & Events Committee (PEC).
Eileen is the chairman, and there is no vice chairman this year as we have not enough people. The meeting was held at Mug@moderly. Eileen, hwai shin, wei liong, adrian and me attended the meeting, follow by our 2 ex chairman, Jian le and Zu Hui. We wrote dwn the ex in charge expectation and our weakness. I have to say that my weakness is a combination of Hwai shin de. So End up hwai shin and i was shooted at the same time. Then we also noe who will be our ex ex in charge. Mine is Shu Jie for PO and John for ITO. Was quite lucky to have the two of them as no confilct and misunderstandin between them. So still ok. The meeting went on and on till around 5.30pm. Then In conclusion i have a job to be done b4 committee meeting -- committee t-shirt design. Need to be out before the 1st formal meeting with the freshie. Really have no idea what i can design frm this com. But good that there is still shu jie to help me up. Actually is everyone have to come out one. So i try to come out as many as possible. Cox it sld be my job. So now need to go choing for drawing liao. bye.
